Who we are
These terms cover AIworx Website Report, an AI agent made by AIworx that connects your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed and Microsoft Clarity data to your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT). By connecting it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. Questions: [email protected].
What you get
- Free: reports for one website.
- Extra websites: a one-time fee of $5 + GST per website, shown before you pay.
- You ask your own AI assistant for the report whenever you like. Your assistant writes it using the data our agent fetches.
Your part
- Only connect accounts and websites you're allowed to access, including client sites you manage with their permission.
- Keep your Google account and any Clarity token secure.
- Don't try to misuse, overload, copy or get around the limits of the service.
Check before you send
Reports are written by AI from your analytics data. They're usually right, but AI and analytics tools can make mistakes or miss context. Read each report before you rely on it or send it to a client. Suggestions are a starting point, not professional advice.
Other services
The agent relies on Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI and Cloudflare. Their terms apply to your use of their products, and we can't control when they change or go down. We'll keep the agent working as best we can, but we can't promise it will always be available.
Changes and stopping
We may update the agent or these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date above. You can stop at any time by removing the connector. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us for the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
