AIworx Book an audit

Last updated 4 October 2026

Who we are

AIworx builds AI agents for accounting, recruitment and marketing firms in Australia and New Zealand. This page covers two things: the website at aiworx.au, and AIworx Brief, our connector for Claude and ChatGPT that reads your analytics to write a weekly report. If you have a question about anything here, email [email protected].

The website

What we collect

  • Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages people visit, how long they stay and where the page design gets in the way. Clarity records anonymised session replays and heatmaps. Both use cookies. Neither tells us who you are, and we don't try to work it out.
  • Bookings. If you book an Admin Audit, the booking runs on TidyCal. TidyCal collects your name, email and the time you choose and sends them to us. We use them to run the call and follow up about it.
  • Email. If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't run advertising pixels, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

AIworx Brief

AIworx Brief connects your Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity accounts to your own AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) so it can write your Monday client brief. It runs on Cloudflare in a small program we control. Your assistant does the reading and writing; our program only fetches the numbers.

What you give us

  • Your Google sign-in. When you click Allow, Google tells us your name, email address and Google account ID, and gives us a token that lets us read on your behalf.
  • Read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console. We ask for the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly permissions only. We can list your properties and read reports. We cannot change settings, add users or delete anything.
  • Your site choice. Which Analytics property and Search Console site the brief is about, and a name for it.
  • A Clarity token, if you add one. Clarity's Data Export token lets us read your project's aggregate behaviour data (dead clicks, rage clicks, scroll depth and so on). It does not give access to session recordings.

How we use it

  • Only to answer requests from your assistant: listing your sites, fetching the last period's numbers and returning them, with instructions for writing the brief.
  • The report data passes through our program to your assistant and is not stored by us. Clarity results are cached for up to six hours because Clarity limits how often it can be asked.
  • We don't use your data to train AI models, build profiles, or for advertising. We never look at it unless you ask us to help debug a problem.

What we store, and for how long

  • Your Google tokens (encrypted), your name, email and account ID, your site choice and your Clarity token, for as long as the connector is connected.
  • Nothing else. No reports, no copies of your analytics.

Google API Services

AIworx Brief's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How to disconnect and delete

  • Remove the AIworx Brief connector in Claude or ChatGPT. The token your assistant held is revoked straight away.
  • To revoke our access at the source, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove AIworx Brief. For Clarity, delete the token in your project's Data Export settings.
  • To have everything we hold about your account deleted, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. We'll confirm within 7 days.

Who else handles the data

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and AIworx Brief.
  • Google (Analytics, Search Console, sign-in) and Microsoft (Clarity) hold your source data under their own terms.
  • Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on which assistant you connect. The data your assistant receives is handled under your agreement with them, not ours.
  • TidyCal for bookings.

Some of these providers process data outside Australia. We choose providers with recognised security practices and send them only what the service needs.

Security

Connections are encrypted in transit. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to our systems is limited to the people who run AIworx. If we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled something, tell us first and we'll try to fix it; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for AIworx Brief users, mention it in the connector.
